Help young learners read and write number words (one-ten) in a low-pressure way as they prepare for upcoming standardized tests. These simple no-prep practice sheets offer a variety of simple practice exercises for students as they work to master their number words.
The Following Materials are Included in the Download:
⭐️ Number Word Trace and Draw ⭐️
The first three pages in the set ask students to trace the given number words (one-twelve) and then illustrate by drawing pictures in a quantity to match the given word. These pages are designed for introduction of the number words. Each student page (half of a 8.5″x11″ sheet) provides two consecutive number words to trace for predictable structure.
Two worksheets are provided for an opportunity to apply this skill using non-consecutive number words. Five words are provided on the page for students to trace then illustrate but the words are in a random order.
⭐️ Number Word Writing ⭐️
Three pages in the set provide an opportunity for students to practice writing their number words. One these pages, five sets of pictures are provided. Students will count how many objects are in each set and then write the number word beside each group of pictures. Numerals 1-10 and their corresponding number words are provided across the top of these pages for student reference.
