Celebrate a Q and U Wedding in style… with Q and U Wedding student party hats! This fun and fashionable accessory is certain to make a big impact and help students remember that q and u stand side-by-side each time q is needed in a word.
Copy the Q and U wedding graphic onto white cardstock and on dotted lines to remove excess. Have children color the Q and U wedding graphic for the front of the hat, then staple a 4″x18” strip of construction paper (or a sentence strip) to the colored picture. The back of the hat is decorated with pictures that start with q. Students need to complete the activity by writing “qu” at the beginning of each word.
