I have a wonderful freebie to share with you today… an Interactive Sight Word Reader about the season of Lent.
Like all Interactive Sight Word Readers, this six-page book is an emergent reader with simple repetitive text. Each sentence in this book is missing the word “of” as it explains several symbols of the Lenten season. To complete the book, students cut and paste letters from the included letter sheet and glue them onto each page of the booklet to spell “of”.
Download “Lent Reminds us of Jesus” for FREE from my TpT Store.
My students feel so proud completing a book they can read, and I love that it gets them interacting with the text to learn their sight words.
