I was so happy to meet many of the Michigan teacher-bloggers this past weekend in Grand Rapids!

Our little gathering was organized by these two wonderful women!
Christina from Bunting, Books, and Bainbridge and Peggy from 2nd in Line.
Aren’t they just fabulous?
And I FINALLY got to meet my fellow Freebielicous friend Marsha from A Differentiated Kindergarten!
There were SO many other great bloggers at the dinner as well.

Kelly from All that Glitters in First Grade even invited her adorable mom to join us!
Seriously, how cute are these two ladies?
Once we had a chance to visit and chat, we enjoyed a delicious dinner together.
After dinner, the fun resumed.
Everyone took out their cameras to capture a few last memories of our dinner together.
There were so many cameras out at once, we looked like paparazzi!
(I think it’s because we all secretly stalk each other.)
There were party favors for everyone and a few people even “won” extra treats at dinner.
There were so many surprise goodies!
It truly was a wonderful evening and I was thrilled to finally connect with a few of my friends from the blogging world.
So, have you figured out our dinner location yet?
We went to PF Changs. Yum!
Ok, time to get back to work.
I have some fun surprises in store for you later this month and I need to get my ducks in order!

When I’m not working on the blog, you’ll find me chasing kids around the house with a cold cup of coffee in my hand (some things never change even once you’re out of the classroom!)

I feel so out of the loop! I left for Houston the very next morning at 5:00 AM and just got back today. . . I’ve been following FB and some blogs but it’s hard to do when you’re on VACA!
I’m so glad that you could make it to our Michigan Meet Up, and it was fun to meet you too. I have a sneaky feeling this group will do some other gatherings at least once a year if not more!
